Primero. RECHAZAR la solicitud interpuesta como "aclaracion del auto 397 del 10 de diciembre de 2014", presentada por el apoderado judicial de Davivienda S.A en contra del auto por medio del cual la Sala Plena de esta Corporacion nego la solicitud de nulidad de la Sentencia T-983 de 2012.
Segundo. Contra esta providencia no cabe recurso alguno.
